Findings from our report will inform our planning next year, including:
- Creating a talent pipeline in high-demand occupations to connect students and underemployed adults to local industries.
- Collaborating with district, city and housing planners to address neighborhood and school segregation, while increasing vitality of all neighborhoods through better access to childcare, transportation and other critical resources for well-being and mobility.
- Continuing our two-generation intervention focused on strong family support through the development of our Brilliant Beginnings home visiting and referral hub.
- Continuing to address policy barriers related to funding for subsidized childcare and increasing funding for PreK providers toward sustainable businesses and quality practices.
